Your subscription is run from your TUF account — it is how you skip a week, switch bouquet, change the address or pause for a while. Create your profile and it is all waiting for you from the first delivery.

Do I need a TUF account to subscribe?
You can check out without one, but we recommend creating a profile first — it is where you skip, pause, swap bouquets and update your address without having to email us. Create your profile.
Can I skip, pause or cancel a delivery?
Yes. Skip a single delivery, pause for a while, or cancel altogether from your account.
Can I change which bouquet I get?
You can switch between The Rennie, The Vernon and The Clement at any time from your account.
What will the flowers actually be?
Whatever is best at the market that week. Every bouquet is designed fresh rather than repeated to a set recipe, so no two deliveries are quite the same.
Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver across Los Angeles. Enter your address at checkout and we will confirm whether you are in the zone before you pay.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes — enter the recipient address at checkout and add a note for the card. Get in touch if you would like the first delivery timed to a particular date.
