Disappointing Bouquet

I love the concept behind this florist and have ordered from here several times, quite pleased. I even loved that they put in a little note about drying the arrangements (because some of them dry beautifully and it makes such a nice gift!). But the latest delivery was extremely disappointing and it was a gift to someone important to me. The "bouquet" was mostly just greenery, very sparse, and not a nice arrangement-there were 2-3 flowers and overall it looked very sad. When I sent a nice email explaining my issue, I was offered 40% off my next delivery. I had hoped that the issue could have been easily been resolved by sending a nice arrangement to my friend in its place, but never heard back. So sad because I loved ordering from here, but I won't be ordering again.
